About the Event
Join us on a weekend journey filled with personal growth, wonder, and transformation. Hitch a ride on the group’s energy and feel yourself being lifted to new heights.
Experience the power of self-discovery as you journey into your innermost being. Guided by love, you will connect with yourself on a level you never thought possible. Awaken your inner wisdom and gain a fresh perspective on life that leaves you invigorated and inspired. With love as your compass, revealing who you deeply are opens a wider field of exploration—unlocking insights about letting go of what holds you back and embracing a new, confident you.
While this retreat can open profound states of insight and connection, it is grounded in professional therapeutic practice. It is designed for personal development and self-exploration and does not constitute medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment. You will be supported throughout by experienced facilitators who bring both psychological depth and compassionate presence.
Don’t miss this opportunity to transform your life. Book your spot now, and let the voyage begin.
Throughout the weekend, we will dive into practices that nurture mind, body, and soul.
Through the art of Circling and Authentic Relating, you’ll experience genuine and heartfelt connections with others, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Discover the power of your breath through guided breathwork sessions, unlocking hidden reservoirs of energy and clarity. Bodywork practices will help you release tension and emotional holding, creating space for healing and growth.
Meditation sessions will invite you to quiet the mind and find peace within the noise of daily life. You’ll learn techniques to cultivate mindfulness and presence, helping you navigate your inner journey with intention and awareness.
As the weekend unfolds, you’ll embark on a unique journey exploring the depths of consciousness. This process will be guided with the utmost care, respecting the sacred nature of this inner adventure.
To nourish your body, our chef—who is also an experienced guide—will prepare delicious, wholesome vegetarian meals throughout the retreat, ensuring your physical well-being is cared for as much as your inner journey.
It will be a weekend of exploration, connection, and transformation: a journey to uncover hidden dimensions of your being, leaving you refreshed, inspired, and ready to embrace life’s infinite possibilities.
After the retreat, we’ll create an ongoing space for mutual support and accountability, helping one another stay connected to the intentions we set during the weekend.
We created this cottage as a retreat — not to isolate, but to reconnect. There’s something magical about the way the breeze drifts through the windows at dawn, carrying the scent of dew and wildflowers. It reminds you to pause.
Most guests tell us they spend more time here than they planned. That’s exactly how it should be. The hammock beneath the banyan tree makes a perfect reading nook, and the short trail to the lake invites quiet reflection at sunset.
If you’re here during a misty morning, ask us for the herbal tea set. You’ll understand why it’s everyone’s favorite ritual.

Jetske Boomstra is a child of Mother Earth. A mother, a lover of life in all its light and dark. Sailing, swimming, dancing, kitchen goddess, and garden whisperer. About fifteen years ago, I was first introduced to the sweat lodge. I loved it and soon became involved in building the fire, carrying the stones inside, and supporting participants throughout the day. Later, I travelled extensively across Europe as a fire keeper for fire ceremonies and the accompanying sweat lodges.
When water began to call me more strongly, alongside sailing and swimming, becoming a water carrier felt like a natural next step. I love an open structure within the lodge ritual, with plenty of space for whatever wants to move and emerge in the moment.
Other team members will be announced soon.
Each participant will receive a 30-minute 1:1 online video intake session. This conversation helps us understand your motivations, emotional landscape, and intentions for joining, while introducing you to the pre-retreat preparation work.
During this call, we will also explore together whether this retreat is the right fit for you at this time. In some cases, medical or psychological factors may mean that participation is not advisable, and we will discuss this openly and with care.
You’ll also receive a detailed email the week before the event, including practical information and dietary guidance to support mindful preparation of body and mind.

Our experienced team will guide you throughout the retreat, holding space with care and professionalism. The team members have one common passion and goal: Holding others so they can surrender and grow. Together, we create a safe and supportive environment with the presence of mental health professionals. We integrate music, creativity, and embodied practices to deepen the journey. There will be at least 1 guide for every 3 participants.
We work within a strong ethical and relational container. Facilitators are trained to recognise and support emotional and somatic processes safely and respectfully. Your privacy is taken seriously, and everything shared within the group remains confidential. The retreat is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment but offers a complementary path of self-inquiry and growth.
The retreat spans 4 days and 3 nights, and the contents may vary slightly to meet the group’s energy and needs. A 1.5-hour online group call will be held the week before the retreat to connect and prepare together.
